Astrology is basically a study of the influence of distant cosmic objects, stars and planets there changes and effects on human lives. It depends on the position of the sun, moon and planets at the time of people’s birth. It is said to shape their personality, prediction of economic fortunes, romantic relationships, among other divinations. Astrology is the main part of human life starting from birth chart to marriage kundali, homa-hawans,etc. In every phase of life, we depend or seek advice based on astrology.

Most of all people only know about astrology is their birth sign, which refers to one of the twelve constellations of the zodiac. The sun sign astrology is the main astrology upon which newspaper horoscopes are based. The prediction made is only on the basis of date of someone’s birth date and it will give limited result and is a simple form of astrology. The astrology is wide having different methods to follow.

Astrology is an ancient theory and practiced by our ancestors in different form and culture, some of which combined and evolved into today’s common western astrology. “Meditation is the inexpressible longing of the Inner Self for the Infinite.” In those words, H. P. Blavatsky states the essence of meditation. Yet, there are numerous other practices called “meditation” that have nothing to do with Blavatsky’s definition. Many of these practices are quite useful. Some are not; and some may actually be harmful.
BEGINNING: QUIETING THE MIND
Before choosing a practice of meditation, we might ask ourselves, “What am I trying to do?” A number of common responses to that question are these:
-Feel more peaceful.
-Get over anxiety or grief.
-Overcome pain, physical or psychological.
-Improve my health.
-Break negative habit patterns.
-Become more sensitive.
-Most would agree that all these goals are positive and helpful and that indeed they may be a consequence of meditation. Yet each one of
